Week XLII: Zechariah 11-Malachi 3, Psalms 140-148

December 24, 2015

While the book of the prophet Zechariah can be seen as a continuation of the themes of Haggai, there is a shift in content and presentation that moves into an apocalyptic frame - an imaginative expression of future hopes cast in bold and poetic imagery.

Questions -

1 - In what ways must you reinterpret scripture to make sense of this age?

2 - Does permission to reinterpret scripture strengthen or weaken your faith?
